About MyOpAssist

Built by a surgeon and an engineer.

MyOpAssist began with a simple observation: patients recover better when someone is with them every day after surgery, and clinics can’t be everywhere at once.

Why we built it

Surgery ends in the operating room. Recovery doesn’t.

After an operation, patients go home with a folder of instructions and a phone number to call if something feels wrong. The hardest, most uncertain part of the journey happens where the clinic can’t see it.

MyOpAssist closes that gap. It walks each patient through recovery one day at a time, gathers what they report, and gives their clinic a clear, calm picture of how they’re doing, without adding to anyone’s workload. It’s the kind of support a surgeon would want for their own patients, delivered through technology built for the people using it.

The founders

A surgeon and an engineer, solving the same problem from two sides.

MyOpAssist exists because good recovery needs both: the clinical judgement to know what matters, and the technology to put it in a patient’s hand every day.

Co-Founder, Medical

Noam is an Orthopedic surgeon with over a decade of experience, and he brings the clinical foundation to MyOpAssist. Every recovery pathway, daily check-in and safety boundary in the app is grounded in real surgical practice.

He shapes what the product asks patients and what it surfaces to clinicians, so the guidance reflects what people actually need in the days after an operation, and never adds to a clinic’s workload.
